Internet Randoms being able to sneak through and post on here is getting on my nerves so I'm putting in an extra bit of security, which means you won't be able to see General Chat without being logged in. I think.
If you can't see General Chat and you ARE logged in, it's cos you're accidentally not on The List and you should post here so I can put you on it. (I think I got everyone that visits here though)

And yet today we have had new members from Angola and Greenland join. Must be driving you utterly bonkers! 
On the plus side though, at least getting a taxi in Luanda shouldn't be a problem now. |

Same thing just happened to me.
I think it can happen when the person who sent the PM deletes it from their outbox before the other person has received it.
Weird we both got one though.
